The Opportunity Session is a fast start: 90 minutes on your biggest opportunities and a written priority list. The audit goes deeper, mapping how your teams actually work and producing a full roadmap with tools, owners and expected outcomes.

Who needs to be involved?

Usually a senior sponsor and a handful of people from the teams in scope. We agree who at kick-off.

What do we get at the end?

A prioritised roadmap: what to do first, which tools to use, who owns what and what to expect from it. Presented in a playback session so your team can ask questions.
